Antoinette-Rita is an accomplished author, poet, songwriter and empowerment speaker. She completed her LL.B in Law at The London School of Economics and Political Science in 2012, was Called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2014 and she completed her LL.M Master in Law at The University of Chicago Law School in 2014. She has written three books: Purple & Blue, The Blue Ocean and STELLA – Her Journey & Her Legacy, written over 700 poems and over 200 songs.

Her accolades and recognition trickle down from Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II, to Mr. Prime Minister David Cameron of the United Kingdom of Great Britain, and, His Excellency Former President of Nigeria, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo. Antoinette-Rita has piloted creative writing and reading workshops for students and has been published in legal journals. Antoinette-Rita launched her second book, The Blue Ocean, in October 2011 in London, with President Olusegun Obasanjo as Chief Launcher and many Ambassadors from different countries in attendance. Antoinette-Rita launched her third book, STELLA, to mark 10 years since the passing of (late) Chief Mrs. Stella Obasanjo. Antoinette-Rita was a carer to her mother who has polio and is a wheelchair-user. Antoinette-Rita has touched the lives of many disabled people by fundraising, creating awareness of disabled people and their rights, distributing wheelchairs, guide canes and other devices and counseling them and their children. Antoinette-Rita’s work and journey encourages many people who have been in her position. She wishes to inspire people to overcome their challenges, stay focused and determined, and enjoy their every potential in life.
